Weight99 is a descriptive consumer comparison product. It combines direct and modeled population references to help people explore how the same body weight sits in different statistical contexts.
These beta terms state the current product boundaries and acceptable-use expectations. Formal operator identity, contact details, governing-law provisions and jurisdiction-specific legal review must be completed before public launch.
By using Weight99, you should interpret its outputs as population comparisons rather than individualized medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice.
Different populations use different production methods and reference periods. Weight99 keeps those distinctions attached to the result.
Some outputs are based on stronger national distributions; others use modeled or approximate distributions. Result classes, method tiers, reference periods and source context are part of the meaning of the number and should not be stripped away when interpreting or reproducing it.
Source data, models and release identities can be updated. A later Weight99 release can therefore produce a different live result for the same input while older generated assets or snapshots continue to reflect the version that produced them.
The current Compare flow uses query parameters rather than an account-backed private profile.
Comparison URLs can contain weight, unit and optional country, age and sex-reference values. Those values can appear in browser history, copied links and normal hosting/request logs.
Do not enter information Weight99 does not ask for, and do not use the service to encode confidential notes, another person’s private information or unrelated sensitive data into URL parameters.
Share cards and Visual Stories are designed to preserve the source/result context that makes the comparison interpretable.
Normal comparison, browsing, research and sharing are expected uses.
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, intentionally overload the service, inject malicious input, impersonate Weight99, or use automated access in a way that materially disrupts the service or evades published access controls.
Public source links are provided for transparency. Third-party datasets, publications, names and licences remain subject to their own rights and attribution terms; Weight99’s display of a source does not transfer ownership of that source material.
Weight99 is still in pre-launch beta and currently keeps public page families noindex while quality and launch gates are completed.
Features, routes, models, source coverage and availability may change, be corrected or be withdrawn. Weight99 does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every country will always use the same source/method version.
Material methodology changes remain versioned and source-controlled. Material privacy, analytics, storage, advertising or account changes require corresponding policy updates rather than being silently covered by these beta terms.
